Who creates the artwork?
All work shown on the site was created by me - Candy Parker.
How do I get my painting?
I will lovingly and carefully package your painting and ship to you, typically via UPS. All painting prices include shipping in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S., please email me at info@eye-candy-art.com and we'll see what we can do.
How do I pay for my painting?
Purchasing is easy - you can buy right here on the website using a credit card or PayPal. If this isn’t an option for you, just email me at info@eye-candy-art.com and we'll figure it out.
Do you do commission work?
I am currently not accepting commission requests.
Can I return my painting?
If you have any questions about the artwork in which you're interested, please ask prior to purchase. While orders can be cancelled prior to shipping, I can't cancel/refund/allow returns on orders once they've shipped.
Please read the descriptions about sizes/depth, colors, etc., carefully and thoroughly to ensure the painting is what you want.
When will my painting ship to me?
That depends on the status of the painting at the time you purchase it. I tend to post new work as soon as it's complete, but acrylics need ~ a week to dry/cure before varnishing and require another few days after that before packaging for shipment.
If your painting is already varnished/dry, it will ship within 2-3 days. If your painting is still waiting for the paint to dry, it could take up to 10 days to ship.
Are the paintings framed?
Paintings are not framed. Stretched canvas paintings can be hung without framing and paintings created on watercolor paper ship with a mat and backing board for easy framing once you receive the painting.
